Coin Packages and Promotional Play

Luxi Prize is a free-to-play sweepstakes casino, so its offers work differently from conventional casino deposit bonuses. Optional GC packages may include complimentary SC, but SC are never sold. Package details and availability can vary; review the offer in the Hall before making a purchase.

Complimentary SC included with GC purchases require 1× playthrough. Other promotional SC may require up to 5× playthrough, depending on the award. The requirement assigned when the SC are granted applies to those coins. Check the specific offer for its conditions before participating.

No purchase is required to enter or win. A valid postal request awards 2 SC when submitted according to the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Generate a request code through My Account → Get Mail-in Code. Handwrite your full name, account email, registered residential address, request code, and a statement requesting free SC and accepting the terms and sweepstakes rules on an unlined, unfolded 4 × 6-inch white card or paper. Request codes do not expire, and there is no request limit. Valid requests are targeted for credit within seven business days after receipt, with a maximum processing time of fourteen business days. Follow the Official Sweepstakes Rules carefully to ensure your request meets the requirements.

Promotion Terms to Know

Players must be at least 18 or meet the applicable legal age of majority, and must be located in an eligible jurisdiction. Location is checked when entering the game hall. Luxi Prize is not available in certain restricted territories, including California, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Washington, among others.

Promotional SC may carry playthrough requirements and expiry conditions. In general, promotional SC and associated held winnings can expire if the applicable playthrough is not completed within 30 days of the latest promotional SC award. Individual offers may set a shorter expiry period, redemption cap, or hold. Always use the terms attached to your specific reward.

Eligible SC redemptions require identity, age, and location verification. The minimum redemption is 30 eligible SC, equivalent to US$30, though some payout methods may require a higher minimum. Redemption processing can take up to ten business days, and method-specific limits apply. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed.
